The CAS U16 trail day will be held at Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Club Woollahra Oval O’Sullivan Rd, Bellevue Hill NSW 2023 on Wednesday June 9th from 12pm to 3pm. The trials will take the form of skills tests and a game. Players will be scored on each of the skills test and be given a rating on their game performance. Players will be able to access this information after the trial.

Players are asked to trial in school shorts and socks you will be provided with a jersey to trial in on the day (and it is to be returned at the end of the day).

NO METAL STUDS ARE TO BE WORN MOULDED OR NON METAL STUDS ONLY FOR THE TRIAL.

After the trial, the final squad of 25 plus shadows will be selected for the U16 NSW school boys’ trials. The team will be listed on the CAS website on the evening of June 11th.

CAS Defeat GPS in 1sts Basketball but go down in 2nds

At Barker College on Wednesday 24th March CAS left their best performance of the representative season for the traditional clash with the GPS dominating their rivals from start to finish. CAS led by as many as 26 points in the third period playing fast selfless basketball to take the Peter Yeend cup with a 9-pont victory (71-62). In the earlier game 2nds went down 59 to 75.

CAS continue their winning way in the Basketball

Last night at Waverley College Gym the CAS 1sts and 2nds Basketball teams continued their winning way defeating AICES in their 2nd Representative fixtures.  Both teams lead at every quarter with strong performances across the court.

In 1sts scores were CAS 86 AICES 67  Top scores were Deonte Williams 22, Tom Buvac 19, and Kiran Siva 15.

CAS Defeated by GPS in the Tennis

On a day where it looked like no play would occur GPS have come out on top of CAS in the Annual Representative match which this year was held at Trinity Grammars Courts. After a short delay play got underway with the doubles matches leading off.  4 of the matches went to Super sets to determine their result.
