On Saturday the U16s tournament started and on the first day CAS defeated GPS B 22 to 14 then defeated ISA A 40 to 12 in what was the best U16 game I have seen played by a CAS U16s team in my time in this role. In the Final on Sunday CAS defeated GPS A. This was a very tight game with GPS leading most of the game getting out to a 14 point lead at one stage. CAS then scored 19 unanswered point to win the game.

The U16 teams will be announced Monday 7 July.

This is the first time that CAS have won all 9 games in the representative rugby matches in a season. This was a great outcome for all concerned.
