Details –
• Date – Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 May
• Venue – Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre
• Time – Monday Events 1 to 32 from – 4.30pm Entry | 5:45pm Clear Pool | 6.00pm Start | 9:30 pm Finish
Tuesday Events 33 to 136 7:30am Entry | 8:45am Clear Pool | 9:00am – Start | 4:00pm Finish
• Travel – All boys are asked to make their own safe travel arrangements to and from Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre.
• ALL Swimmers must report to CAS staff seated in the CAS stand area well before your first event. There may be changes to the programme or withdrawals so it is important that the team Managers are aware of all competitors’ movements through the two days.
• It is important to stay in touch with all that is going on to avoid any unfortunate errors. You will also be handed a CAS cap and a you can choose to purchase a CAS shirt when you report.
• Uniform – All CAS Swimmers are required to swim in their School swimmers and the Red CAS swim cap issued on the day by staff.
• A new CAS shirt can also be purchased by swimmers upon arrival.
• Costs – Costs are being kept to an absolute minimum – see below.
• Your school will be sent an invoice following the event for any costs you incur.

• All prices include G.S.T and will be Invoiced to each school at end of term 2. Please do not hand any money to the managers on the day

• Lunch – As you would be aware, there are facilities to purchase food and drink but we recommend you bring your own lunch and refreshments to last you the day.

Carnival Entry
Carnival entry will be through the main entrance of SOPAC
Pool Entry –Free
Parking The first four hours are provided free of charge. A flat rate of $21 applies for parking over 4 hours.
Parents – are encouraged to stay in the grandstand area. NO PARENTS WILL BE ALLOWED IN the MARSHALLING AREA or ON POOL DECK.
